We will also properly supervise our employees in their handling of personal data and, if we entrust the handling of personal data to any third party, monitor the entrusted third party so that the entrusted third party properly manages the personal data.

If we are requested from a person pursuant to the APPI to notify the purpose to use, disclose, rectify, add, delete, suspend to use, or stop transferring to any third party any personal data that we hold, or disclose the record of third-party provision of such data, we will confirm that such person is the person of the relevant personal data and respond to such request properly in accordance with the APPI.
